This is a premature and completely unfair decision. December is a long way off, especially considering how fluid the COVID situation is. They may probably even have some kind of vaccine or mitigating treatment by then. This is a terrible thing to do to the class of 2021. They had the spring 2020 season taken away and now you are robbing them of a chance to shine in front of coaches nationally. The kids have worked so hard and trained nonstop and you are pulling the rug out from under them. I pray you will reconsider.

	Chris Hartman The decision to cancel seems premature. I believe that limiting the attendance of spectators to just parents and athletes would be a logical first step along with requiring social distancing and mask for the parents. 	cmaldonado01 I don't understand where you are getting your data from regarding safety and running events. This IS the safest sport for kids to compete in. This virus DOES NOT survive outdoors, it cannot be spread via sweat/perspiration.
